Stick tricks
Although you don't catch many people do them in the games freestyle lacrosse is a good way to show off and make things look cool. Theirs everything from behind the back shots to jumping from behind the goal and making it. They hold freestyle lacrosse contests for MLL players to show of their stick tricks and moves. The most crazy tricks I've seen are from Mikey Powell Check It Out.

Does Cypress Bay have a lacrosse team!? I've never played before but it looks pretty fun. However "hardcore" tricks probably wont be something I'd attempt. Im surprised theres so much to write about lacrosse. I believe this is my first time on your blog. Nice layout!
